WSoP Coverage Begins Tonight on ESPN

I'm a little giddy for sure. The main event doesn't air until August 17th, but over the next five weeks ESPN will be airing coverage from other events. Tonight: $2,000 NL Hold'em and $1,500 Stud. Look for a glimpse of Felicia, if she was caught by the cameras.

Here's the next few weeks:
2004 World Series of Poker Schedule on ESPN

July 6 9-10PM EST... $2,000 No Limit Hold 'Em
July 6 10-11PM EST... $1,500 7 Card Stud
July 13 9-10PMEST... $1,000 No Limit Hold 'Em
July 13 10-11PM EST... $2,000 Pot Limit Omaha
July 20 9-10PM EST... $1,500 No Limit Hold 'Em
July 20 10-11PM EST... $5,000 No Limit Hold 'Em
Next year, my goal is to play in at least the $1,000 NL Hold'em event. By the way check out Poker Ain't What It Used to Be... an article written by Bill Simmons. Here's a bit:
I miss the days when everyone was terrified to play poker in casinos, when taking a seat at one of the tables was roughly equivalent to walking down a dark alley in New Orleans...
Get ready for some heavy rotation of poker on the ESPN channels this summer.
